1/16/26: Another good service today, by Technician Timothy. My regular technician Malcolm was unavailable, but there was no interruption in service or customer service.
Update 10/16/25: Another Great experience with Malcolm. Professionalism remains a constant. Continues to educate me on the treatment services and does a thorough job each visit.
So far, I have been satisfied with the service. Malcolm has been extremely helpful, informative and very professional. I would recommend the service to others given my current experience.

The service we received today was over the top. Very informative and explained everything thoroughly. Instructed us to make sure we do not miss any treatments as this could set our goals backwards. Andrew is a very conscientious young man who takes his job seriously. He answers every question I have and I have a lot. He educates me as he goes along inspecting my house inside and out he’s very personable and I highly recommend him. Please ensure that this is part of his personal file.
