They were great until Prompcare bought them. Now nobody answers the phone, I always have to leave several voicemails to get a call back, and when I am lucky enough to speak to someone they're rude.

Office staff is very friendly, but equipment fails WAY TOO OFTEN!!!! Then they try to blame it on you, when it's clearly the equipment.

Kristen was marvelous. Eve though I am a long standing cpap user, she made sure I understood all the differences due to technology upgrades. My family has used NBN for many services over the years and regularly recommend the company.
