Alberto & Jonathan were absolutely wonderful, fair, honest and knowledgeable. I usually go to the other Midas on the same road but accidentally called and made my appointment here this morning which I am not mad about! Both locations are great 👍🏻 I love that they tell me what really SHOULD be done and what COULD wait. Everything is my decision. Thank you!
Had a rattle from a loose heat shield, they made a temporary fix until I can get the replacement part. They did not charge me for the temporary fix. I will be back to have the new parts installed.
If i can give these guys more stars I absolutely would! Not only was this a clean location, but the service was absolutely next level. The service was absolutely incredible. I drove over an hour just to come here and would do it again. The staff was excellent and kept me updated as they were working on my car. All I can say is thabk you to Johnathan and his team. If anyone needs their car serviced please see Johnathan and he will make sure you are taken care of.
