Never in my life do I ever want to set foot in that office, or have any procedures done with them. They make it so that it works for them, and it easy on them, not the patient. Their system protects them, and cannibalizes you.

If I could leave this office 0 stars. I would! My husband is a jefferson patient and was referred to Jefferson GI by his Jefferson PCP. Jefferson is Tier 1 with our insurance and this particular appt was coded as tier 2 because the doctor he saw; his NPI is popping up as Cambridge MA which is showing out of network for us. My husband saw this doctor in Cherry Hill, NJ! Why would this not be corrected by the credentialing department at jefferson? We contacted the office 2 times via mychart telling them what needed to be done to fix this so we aren't responsible for a tier 2 bill and NO ONE has called us back after even asking to speak with the Manager. Waiting for them to call and verify the second prescription going on 48 hrs. I have been waiting to use the bathroom normally for a few months now. I suffer from chronic kidney failure. Dr was very nice and accurate but the staff, When it comes to pre-authorization, in my opinion is very slow. To sit on the phone and be put on hold for 30+ minutes isn’t what I call great service. I hope going on the 3 rd day will be the day they simply pick up the phone and explain to my insurance company. Why I need this medication to use the bathroom. Thank you
