Got a verbal estimate quickly, and set up a time for the repair. Work proceeded promptly by Cynthia and Francesco, who explained what they were going to do, and did it thoroughly. They meticulously inventoried the damaged items, and provided a listing as well as over 100 pictures. After the work was completed, the invoice was actually LESS than the estimate!
