After reading through the reviews, I have to say I’m kind of surprised about the experiences of all of the one star reviews. I developed a stye in my eye, so I called them to take a look. The receptionist who answered scheduled me in for later that day. It didn’t experience any issues with no one answering or long waiting times. If anything, my visits were very promptly made. I was scheduled for a follow up visit the following week. Everything went smoothly there too. I have two more appointments this week with them since I will be needing an optician for my vision and also because I was diagnosed in my first visit with MGD.

Doctors, nurses and assistants are pleasant, efficient and highly competent. Front desk staff in recent years seem to be stressed and tense across the board, and we've often had oddly prickly interactions with them. We've had very good care from the eye doctors in this practice for years, and that's why we keep going. The automated text/phone reminder system is a major annoyance--it will send multiple messages per day, often even after you've scheduled an appointment, filling up your voicemail and apps. Front desk staff shrugs and says there's nothing they can do. Anybody out there paying attention?
I love the doctors at eye associates they are very knowledgeable and great they know about diabetic eye care and cataract treatments and surgery and have been my eye doctors for years I love going there I get great care there .my mom went the when she had diabetic eye problems and her cataract surgery she got great care for 10 years there and so have I.
