I was very hesitant to start going here because the reviews are so poor but I am happy to report that my experience has been almost entirely positive. The staff seems caring and professional and as far as I can tell the quality of work is there. The only issue is that sometimes I have to wait on hold a very long time and I don't always get promised calls back about billing questions but I feel like that's true for so many medical practices these days anyway.

NO STAR REVIEW!!! My friend got 9 of his teeth removed in one day. His appointment was at 10:30 am and he did not get seen till 2:15 pm. The dentist kept going in and out of his room while extracting teeth and attending to other patients. There was no one there to suck the blood continuously to make sure there was nothing left in there. The dentist wrote a script that Walmart pharmacy had questions for. We go back to the office. The staff left an hour early on a Friday after being busy all day with patients and NO NUMBER to call in case of an EMERGENCY nor did they have any aftercare instructions. Monday we call and they're able to see him and check to make sure everything is alright. A female Dentist writes a script for Percocet and an antibiotic in case of an infection. The script did not look like it was written correctly with the numbers being 325/125. He double checked with 2 different people in that office before walking out the door. We called the pharmacy to make sure and the pharmacy says that they're not able to answer if it's wrong or not bc they don't want to discredit the doctor writing the script. We get to Walmart and the pharmacist goes "this is wrong. I'm so sorry. You are going to have to go back and get another one." Our friend then takes us back to the dentist office and the dentist doesn't even acknowledge her screw up, instead she goes "I should have never wrote you this script" with no further explanation and then dismisses him. I don't understand how a practice that likes to show off their 5 reviews from patients and they don't treat their patients with any care at all. This man had 9 teeth removed and instead of helping him with after care instructions; he's dismissed with no hesitation as if he isn't a person and doesn't feel pain like the rest of us. I asked for the number to legal and was given the number to HR and their HR department isn't able to further assist me.

I had an appointment, but I was sick and couldn't make it. I called to reschedule, but as usual, I got no answer. I don't know how they are still in business because they never answer the phone. I think I'm just going to find another dentist. This office doesn't even deserve one star.
