Be aware! The staff does not communicate to both caregivers and home health aid in a timely manner. My home health aid had an emergency and I had no replacement for two days. Since joining Care 4 U Plus on Nov. 2023, I have dealt with Nicole on more than one occasions. The straw that broke the camels back was when Nicole did not attempt to return my calls (two days) until I canceled my contract. I do wonder, if it wasn't for my bold move, I probably would have still be waiting for an aid and/or loose my job at the same time. Communication and professionalism is a must and needed!!

My mom had money taken out her apartment that only my mom and the home health aid from this place knew where the money was at... There was no break in and not a robbery mess. The person went directly to the spot and took it. Never reported to this place until I was told and I took proper procedures. This place do not investigate nor compensate your loved ones.Please be careful who you hire.

Verilica was my Aid and Vanessa was staff at the office. Verilica was angry because i wentinto the hospital since it was an emergency i asked her to buy some PJs and bring them there . She was taki g days to bring my PJs like 7. Or more so i called her an she said she left my card with the dezk. The nurses couldn't find my credit card. When i told her i was going to call the police she brought my card. But when i went to use my card the limit was gone my card was used in another state over 100do llars. It was fraud.
