“This is my favorite place to be out of all of the things that I do Olivia is a master at eyelashes and brow lamination I don’t even have to look in the mirror. I always know that she does a fantastic job. The staff is extremely friendly. It’s extremely clean very flexible. They work with you. The prices are very affordable. I Have pretty bad social anxiety. This is one place that I never feel that I always look forward to my appointments. You don’t feel like a client you feel like you’re talking to a friend. It’s extremely relaxing and you always come out looking glamorous personally I recommend Olivia she always does a fantastic job. So many different styles to choose from this is by far the best place that I’ve been to for lashes and brow lamination they also have a wonderful lip hydration treatment! And honestly, you just couldn’t ask for a nicer staff!

Edit to add I’ve seen comment saying they are rude. I personally have never ever experienced that in all the time that I have been coming here.. If I have a problem, they quickly address it sometimes even five days after I’ve already been in. They’re extremely accommodating when I cannot come in my stylist. Will let me know if there’s an opening and she knows that I need a refill to me. That is extremely considerate, especially in this economy.. I do a lot of things I have a lot of memberships and this is the one place that I actually like giving my money to. And I am not an easy to please person. People need to read what they’re signing your lashes are going to shed sometimes things happen. But I’ve never met a place more happy to accommodate than amazing lash!“

“Had an absolutely amazing experience my first time at this salon. First and foremost, I did not have an appointment at this salon prior to the day of my visit. I was scheduled with another stylist (unassociated with the salon) who cancelled on me and my grandmother at the last minute when we needed our hair done for my mother’s wedding the following day.

I reached out to this salon via Facebook in my desperate search for another stylist. Nelly answered my DM literally one minute later with her availability for both my grandma and I. She gave me their reasonable pricing right away and made sure she understood what looks we wanted.

Before arriving for the appointment, she messaged me to give me simple and clear instructions on where to park and how to get into the salon.

Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly. I let Nelly know that ultimately my grandmother couldn’t make the appointment. Despite making a last minute accommodation for us, this was no issue at all for her.

The wait to start my wash was very short. She washed my hair well and made sure I was comfortable. She asked me questions about myself and my hair in effort to get to know me better.

The entire appointment was very friendly and the environment was welcoming and joyful. The other stylist, Ashley, was also very nice and funny.

Nelly did an amazing job on my style, an invisible ponytail. It was exactly what I wanted.

Every single interaction in this experience was a positive one. Nelly displayed great communication, flexibility, kindness, knowledge, and skill.

Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend this salon and these stylists. Will definitely be back again.“
