On Oct 27 ‘25 we encountered a leak in our laundry room area. We had a local plumber come to the house and expressed that this would involve a sewer pipe in the wall that was leaking and required immediate attention,that was out of hie expertise. His thoughts were to advise us to someone who can do pipe lining. We found four companies and three or them COULD NOT help us. At 5:15 that evening we called the 4th company being Pipe Works. We were “pleasantly surprised” a live person answered,which is a rarity today. Our experience started when we explained our desparate situation. We would like to recognize the following techs. The staff in the office who instructed us that Delroy would be coming to our home that evening. He was so “professional” and instructed us. after assessing the situation a team would be out the following day repair the cracked sewer line in our wall. Early the following morning the team of Johnny,Jorge and Darwin showed up,and immediately started working on the damage. We were so pleased with their “professionalism and expertise” and so grateful for getting us through this stressful situation. THANK YOU and your company who we will HIGHLY recommend. Pipe Works was contacted when a leaking steam pipe was discovered in our basement crawl space that went from the boiler to a second floor radiator. They promptly responded to my call. Mike Rivera conducted a thorough inspection, explained the scope of the problem, and provided a detailed repair plan and cost estimate. The work was scheduled to begin as soon as possible. Mike returned with Delroy Cumberbatch and the old pipe was removed and a new one installed. The work involved removing a portion of a wall and ceiling. They were careful and respectful of the property. Drop clothes and boot covers were used to protect the flooring. Any debris was completely and thoroughly removed and the work areas vacuumed. After the installation, they made certain that it worked properly. This repair wasn’t simple. The house is nearly 100 years old. A portion of the pipe was located between the floor rafters in the crawl space; a tight work area. Mike and Delroy had the skills and experience to tackle the job and get it done correctly.
