Ruined three silk shirts of mine over the past few months. I finally confronted them and presented them with one of the damaged shirts and asked for them to either attempt to re-clean it or provide me with store credit. Was told “not my problem” . Had been a customer for 8 years and they knew it. Avoid.

I went there and was given a quote by someone whom I thought was the tailor . The next day they called me and said instead of one price ,she misquoted and said it was a much higher price . I was in a bind so I needed to get my garment ASAP. It really was a simple hem on a dress . I’m not going back

I asked them to cut the legs off of a pair of leggings and put elastic on the top of the legs because I didn’t need the top part. They did exactly the opposite and refused to refund me.
