I went there and was given a quote by someone whom I thought was the tailor . The next day they called me and said instead of one price ,she misquoted and said it was a much higher price . I was in a bind so I needed to get my garment ASAP. It really was a simple hem on a dress . I’m not going back

I asked them to cut the legs off of a pair of leggings and put elastic on the top of the legs because I didn’t need the top part. They did exactly the opposite and refused to refund me.

Have then show you the amount they still your card! I was quoted a different amount for a zipper replacement. I noticed the difference only AFTER I was charged and walking out of the store. The owner made an edit to my receipt in pen behind the register infront of me and didn't notify me of the price change she was making. It wasn't until I noticed the receipt and went back in and inquired about the price difference that she showed me the price change she has just made in pen. It’s a shame because I have been happy with their quality, but I will be trying an alternative dry cleaners in the area.
