I can't possibly recommend Dr. Jeff enough! I went to see Dr. Jeff after my wife strongly recommended that I go. I must admit, I was reluctant at first. However, I could not have been more wrong. I gained a much greater understanding of how the body works (subluxation). Within a short timespan, I noticed how much more energy I had throughout the day after my adjustments. I went from sitting at a desk for hours at work to now standing for the majority of the day. In addition, to a burst of energy, I have also noticed an improvement in my workouts and sleep patterns. Thank you, Dr. Jeff!

I have been incredibly happy with the care at Cedar Grove Family Chiropractor! Dr. Jeff has been thorough with helping me live my most full and active life. This is not an office where you walk in, get adjusted, then walk out…you are always greeted, asked what’s going on, perhaps offered a delicious and healthy home made treat or told about some way that the office is reaching out into the community. Your health is their #1 priority but they work hard at making this office more like a home. Also, I had always been nervous of aggressive adjustments and Dr Jeff is gentle. I’ve been going for over 3 years and haven’t looked back since my 1st adjustment.

Dr. Jeff is nothing short of a miracle worker! I’d highly recommend him and his services to anyone who’d ask. Not only is he patient and friendly, he will explain with purpose the steps he is taking to alleviate your pain or what he’s doing as overall maintenance. Weekly visits have helped keep me and my health on track for quite some time now.
