Nice place to come in have a place to stay at night just come to the main door fence will automatically open and go right follow the building and office near door 1 they will tell you drop the trailer and park in bobtail area they will let you know once it’s unloaded
Very nice people, although the guy in the shipping/receiving office could use a little "people" skills training. If the yard mule doesn't give you a door, drive around back and park near door 1. Walk in and he will tell you where to go. For us, it's all drop and hook and they are easy. Had I been a live unload, the guy started unloading my trailer before I even unhooked it. So it was really nice.
This is the best company we use on the east coast. The rates are the best, the crew is fast, efficient, and friendly. Deliveries always arrive to our customers without damage. Customer service is prompt when calling with minimal hold times and staff who actually know what they're doing. Truly a stand-out in the LTL shipping industry.
