I have worked with multiple dispatchers at Globe Logistics. They have all been very easy to work with and great at communicating. They respond to emails quickly and then pick up the phone. Also, they let us know when problems arise.
Dispatcher Sany and driver Vernon were wonderful to work with. We encountered an issue with a delivery and they were so patient and accommodating when we had to switch locations. Would definitely work with them again!
This is a great trucking company to work with. Anyone can be nice when things are going well but it takes true professionals to be kind and responsive when the going gets rough. As a broker I am looking forward to working with them again. Thanks Sany, Vernon and your whole team!
