Biba Laundromat

Well, I’ve been coming here for seven years. I live directly one block away sometimes the machines are broken the large ones, but it happens. Usually everybody is very nice. This is the first Friday because I’m off that I decide to come and do clothes. The lady that works here has been very disrespectful. She has a lot of the drivers being used in full and refuses to take the clothes out. There are several customers waiting for dryers again. She’s speaking in Spanish. Refuses to give me the number to speak to the manager very disrespectful bad service today

Gabriel that works at the front counter is excellent. I left a personal item in clothing I was having dry cleaned, he helped me to track it down. Customer service is big in my book and this guy is tops.

I like using this laundromat, BUT they lost one of my shirts when I left them to be laundered. I called on a Thursday and they said they would look for it and call me back. By Friday I hadn't received a call, so I called again and they took my phone number to have the owner call me back. By Sunday, no one had called me at all. I called back and asked what was going on and they STILL did not have an answer for me. In all reality, it's just a work shirt, but I am now shorted one work shirt and have no solution other than "we can't find it". I'm still going to go there to do my own laundry, but I'd be careful of missing items.
