Model Cleaners K&J has recently undergone new management, bringing in friendly and helpful staff who provide quality service. Customers appreciate the care taken with items like military uniforms and special dresses, with some services offered next day. While overall cleaning and pressing are satisfactory, some find the prices high and customer service inconsistent. The new management’s kindness and attention make it a notable choice for cleaning needs.
What a massive difference the new management makes! The new owner is extraordinarily kind and helpful, providing a level of genuine care that was completely missing before. She was so patient and knowledgeable about my husband’s military uniform, making the whole experience stress-free. Provided next day pick up service. I will 100% be returning!
