Pros: Very affordbableCons: Got stain on freshly painted walls, most of the quarter round and stair skirtboard; nails heads sticking up on newly installed hardwood; doesn't feel like they buffed the floors; sawdust EVERYWHERE; cigarette butts and lunch remnants left in front yard; didn't address any of these concernsOverall: if you don't mind these issues and want to save money they aren't horrible. Without the issues, I would have given 3 or 4 stars. But if I could do it again I would have gone with someone else.

Excellent. The floors are beautiful. They did a great job restoring the floors. Reasonable price. Quick. Mostly happy.One complaint. Someone in the company broke a window panel on the vestibule door and the company’s owner refused to acknowledge it or even look into it. Completely dismissed. House was empty and they were the only ones coming and going. The tape used to conceal it was still fresh. Accidents happen but we’re all adults let’s at least apologize. Rating based on owners lack of professionalism.

I called Phong and he came out the next day for an estimate and I was surprised as how great the price was. He doesn't provide a written contract and there's a little language barrier, but Phong and his crew do WONDERFUL work. I was pleasantly surprised how they were able to get all the stains and gouges out of the floor! He showed me stains right after sanding and I picked a medium walnut-like stain. I also went for oil-based. I rented a pod and movers and everything on the first floor was moved to a pod. They did the floor in three days.
