Real shady company don't deal with them

Might want to give Mrs. Sue in accounting an attitude adjustment. I called trying to find a property management team for a home and the first time I called she was very rude stated she wasn't interested as if I was trying to sell her something so I called again and informed her that I have nothing to sell just trying to get some information to help someone and Sue was then again rude and hung up.. people who answer phones for a business should have a bit more etiquette especially when dealing with the public or just other people in business. I'm happy to know that I personally would never have to deal with her.

Poor customer support and shady practices. One of their trucks had small debris coming out while on Rt 78. A rock hits my wife's windshield, making a large crack and makes her swerve on the highway, she gets their name from the side and I call them on her behalf. Steve answers and says no need for a police report and that they've addressed this before in the past, will cover insurance deductible. He says they'll give me a call back, it never happens. They then never pick up our calls again.
