For my first time importing my own horse I had a lot of questions and concerns. The team at horseflight and their partners in Europe were able to answer everything (even my silly questions) and get my horse home safely! Amazing company! I needed to get my retired 25 year old show jumper out to the East Coast from CA with as little stress as possible. Flying was the way to go! Carly guided me through the entire process with step by step instructions, lists of items necessary for my horse to fly, answered every question I had, (which was a lot!) Carly was regularly in touch with my CA hauler, my vets office, my husband, and everyone involved in helping getting my horse to Connecticut, as I was already in the East.
