The staff are incredibly warm, sweet, and very attentive to detail. They are meticulous and take their time, providing an excellent job. Customers report the best nail salon experience, with gel manicures and pedicures that look amazing and natural, lasting for weeks. The pedicure is noted as the best, featuring a real foot massage and the use of a real piece of aloe. In addition to foot and hand massages, they also do back, neck, and shoulder massages. The pricing is considered the best around and not overpriced, offering great value for the quality received. Customers are consistently not disappointed and plan on returning.
Sophie n Maria are great...best around with best pricing out there...quality is 100%...wife's mani/pedi last weeks...no corners cut...make appointments and go...you will not be disappointed. In addition to foot/hand massage they do back, neck, shoulders!! Average pedi 45 min +...average mani 30 min +!
I went here last minute. Now it’s not fancy but it is not dirty as was said in another review it’s actually very clean . It could use a face lift and The pedicure chairs don’t massage so at first it was skeptical. BUT by far the best nail salon experience I’ve had in quite some time.
The best pedicure by Maria ever. I mean best pedicure. It’s not over priced you get a real foot massage and the use a real piece of aloe. Which was so nice. She was meticulous and took her time and it looks amazing. I got gel tips and they also look great and natural. So nice the staff were really paid attention to me and were very attentive to detail . I've been going to X O Nails every two weeks for the past two years since I moved to Kinnelon, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Sophie, the owner, is incredibly warm and sweet and does an excellent job. I absolutely love getting gel nails here. Her assistant, Maria, does a great job with pedicures, too. Sophie has had her shop here in Butler for more than 20 years. Since it's only Sophia and Maria working here, the salon always has a nice vibe with only two customers at a time.
