We first called upon Vanderhoff & Sons over 10 years ago and they made such a great first impression. We've called upon them several times since for routine maintenance and repairs, today being the most recent. We continue to applaud their responsiveness, quality, honesty, and speed of service. They continue to provide the type of excellent customer service that is so deserving of a 5-star recommendation. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to write a review in appreciation for the excellent service. The technicians were professional, honest and knowledgeable. They were able to repair a very old and worn system quickly and cost effective. Much appreciated, thanks

Vanderhoff and Sons (actually, the son) installed our AC 20 years ago. Since then, there have been very few problems, but all were fixed promptly and most reasonably. Last Saturday night, the unit gave up and this time, I just had a "feeling." I called mainly to leave a message to hopefully get a Monday appointment. Jeff called back in 5 minutes and asked if he could come over Sunday morning! At 7:30 am, he told me that there was a leak in the system and was upfront in not trying to charge me for troubleshooting. After 20 years (and, aren't these things supposed to last forever?), I agreed to replace. He then asked if he could remove the old units right... read full review
