Tom and his team are true professionals. We had a frozen pipe in our garage and a good amount of water flooded in our basement. Tom came right off of his flight and arrived at our house at 11:00 PM to help me remove the water and get the drying process started. His team arrived the next day to begin remedial work. They did a fantastic job and communicated every step of the way. As a new homeowner Tom also went the extra mile in communicating with the insurance company to ensure we were able to get the funds to build everything back to the original quality. Our Contractor found a bit of mold on our bathroom sheetrock in our new residence. He called to give us a heads up and I asked our contractor to hold up on his job until we found someone who could investigate to see the full extent on this situation. My 1st Google search came up with a 5 Star on Tomahawk Professional Services. I immediately called and within 2-3 hours Tom of Tomahawk was at our place checking over the situation. I generally do not like to participate in surveys or reviews, however I was so Happy to have found Tom within my Google search that I felt the need to pass along my experience.
