Winterization team left the side of the house, our patio (and our dogs) full of dirt. Offered to come back and clean but we had already started cleaning up ourselves. We lack an understanding on how their staff would leave a home in that condition. Update - Metro reduced the charge on their own - that was appreciated.

As another small business owner, I know that if we do our job well, that is what we are being paid to do. So it's often very challenging to ask customers for a good review. On the other hand, if they're upset about something, you can not keep them away from leaving a bad review fast enough.
Metro Pools installed my pool a few years ago. Ever since then, the same guys have serviced the pool when needed. These guys are not only great at what they do.....they know my children's names and interact with them whenever they are here.
