“This is SO long overdue - I had the privilege to meet 1:1 with Jen at the beginning of April this year, 2025. Right away, she put me at ease, her voice and demeanor are soothing and she’s very patient. What I loved about our 1:1, she worked with what I already have/owned. She gave me a wonderful routine to follow for my skin. She taught me how to use the gua sha stone as well - WOW! She turned everything around right away and I was able to start it up immediately. “I just had my hair transplant less than 48 hours ago on 7/11. From the initial consultation with Dr. Omar, Immediate trust right away. I told him that I work as a Mate on a tugboat and work 3 weeks on and get 3 weeks of. He was excited to hear that I would be able to rest and recover for at least 2 weeks straight post operation.

As for the Team… Dr’s Chul (PA-C), Omar, and Marilena were the magic workers from 0630 until about 1630 on 7/11. Positive attitude the whole time, funny, accommodating, you name it. “I was looking for a new PCP. I did quite a bit of research looking into patient feedback on doctors. I came across Dr. Badawy's profile and read the numerous 5-star reviews and testimonials. I have to admit, I was curious but I had some health concerns I needed to address and I needed to see a doctor. I made the appointment and was looking forward to see if I will have a great experience as her other patients (or the opposite). Erin, her admin/nurse was welcoming as soon as I walked in. She was upfront with regard to how much my insurance will cover. My insurance will only cover a portion of the visit as Dr. Badawy is in the network but a different tier per the plan I chose. I was already thinking that I would have to find another doctor. I met with Dr. Badawy, who was not only welcoming, she listened to every one of my concerns. She was not dismissive, but very compassionate and understanding. She came up with a care plan and lab tests to address my concerns. My visit exceeded my expectations.
