It's a real shame that some people have to try and pull others down to make themselves feel better. And to try and paint a bad picture of someone so they look better. To have to gossip and lie so much about a person because of their own insecurities and self hate. It's a shame that some people are so miserable and feel so bad about themselves that they have to try bringing others down with them. Negative energy is something I turn away from. And it's a real shame that this kind of stuff happens at a place that's supposed to be a support center and that this kind of behavior comes from the manager. Caring, compassionate Facilitators, welcoming, friendly people, a nice comfortable space where you can feel safe and not judged, structured groups to help you learn more about yourself, illness or disease and how to cope with them...
