Dr Shakira was rude and uncaring. He dismissed my concerns. I brought in my X-ray disc with broken bones in my hand and fingers and he said he didn’t see anything broken. my son came in with me wearing a Trump hat and I believe this angered him. He told my son to leave the room.

This practice is awesome. Dr. Miller has done a couple of surgeries on my left ankle which was broken in the back and both sides and I had an initial surgery elsewhere and (originally broken in April 2017) the outcome from that was just awful..He did one surgery in July 2018 to remove all of the old hardware from first ankle surgery that was a flop and also to remove hardware from my leg where I had broken it many years ago. Then another surgery in August of 2018 where he performed an ankle fusion. I came in for a first time visit with a possible tear in my knee. I sat in severe pain for an hour and a half before asking the front desk if they had an idea of the wait time. The receptionist told me that first time visits have a much longer wait time and I would likely be waiting at least another hour or more. I found that strange. The office was empty when I arrived and had only one other patient in the waiting room when I went out to ask about the wait. The other patient got my attention and let me know every visit she has waiting no less than two hours to be seen.
