They Seen the Heater What I Needed and Delivered...No Upsales BS from a Salesman .. Mary Jesse and their Team are Polite Respectful Informative and get it Right the Very First Time. EOG Prices are the Very Best I Had New Full HVAC and Hot Water Heater 3 Appliances for a little bit over what I was Previously Quoted for only the Heater by Other Companies. Prior to Contacting EOG I Wasted Alot of Time and $$$$ entrusting Ambient Comfort who left me out in the Cold for 44 Days by Selling Me Expensive Parts that Never Fixed the Issue and Very Contradicting Answers from 3 Different Uninformed Techs Who Simply Did Not Know What they were doing and Didnt Take the Time to Examine the Heater Properly as EOG Did. Our heat and hot water went out on Super Bowl Sunday which was a nasty day weather wise. I tried several times to reach our "then" contractor with no response. I found EOG on line and called them. Not knowing us at all, they came out within a couple of hours and worked until they gave us heat and hot water (even though it was temporary since our old system was failing.) Jesse gave us a quote to install a new system. We contracted with them and within days the new system was up and running. Jesse and his worker were professional in every way. They worked hard and kept my home protected with drop cloths and, when they were finished, they cleaned up everything. This kind of workmanship is hard to find these days. I am so happy I found them and they will now be my "go-to" contractor for all my heating, plumbing and A/C needs.
