Recently switched to Mills Vet after hearing great things from a family member. They are awesome! Staff is kind and take the time to love on your fur baby! Dr. Kompel was thorough and took the time to explain everything! She is not trying to sell you unnecessary things- she just makes sure your pet has what they need to remain healthy and happy! AND Staff called the following day just to make sure my cat was doing okay after her shots!! Appreciated that so much!
I tried to get my dog to my regular vet and was told they would triage her out of the emergency room after potentially waiting 5 to 6 hours and they could not offer my dog to be seen until two weeks. I was so disappointed by the lack of concern. I called Mills vet as a new patient and they were able to get me seen within two days. I actually talked to a person and didn't have to do communications through text and online. My old vet would have me step out and muzzle my dog during her exam. Crystal literally hugged my dog and Dr. Kompel Examined my dog without a muzzle, and I was in the room. My dog was relaxed and happy during the exam.
