It's a free for all over here even though the lease says you're not allowed to smoke or have pets you can get away with it if you're a smoker you can get away with smoking in your unit freely as much as you want even if other residents complaining will do nothing about it and if you want to have a pet and not have to pay a pet fee this place is perfect for you you're technically not allowed to have a pet but they don't really enforce it so you can get away with having any pet that you want and they don't charge any fee just keep in mind if you're not a smoker you're going to have to buy a lot of air purifiers like maybe a couple for every room in the apartment but yeah… read full review

This is an apartment complex not a landscaping business. I just moved in August 2026 my experience has not been good. It's a hassle to pay the security deposit and the first month's rent you're pretty much going to be running around like a chicken with no head or getting fraud alerts on your checking account because you're trying to send them zelles that are outside of your normal banking activity. They are definitely on top of getting security deposits and the first month's rent. After that you pretty much on your own.
