The office was clean, the staff were very friendly and the doctors were very friendly, polite and professional. I would recommend this health care company to anyone who wants great care for them.
Dr. D'Onofrio is a talented pain management physician. However, I’ve never encountered a front office staff as unprofessional, disorganized, and downright rude as the team at this doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in, I was met with eye rolls, dismissive attitudes, and zero sense of urgency or empathy. They acted like patients were an inconvenience rather than the reason their jobs exist.
Phone calls go unanswered or are met with curt responses. I am still waiting for a return call (I have left 6 vms) as I don't plan on returning to this clinic and want to cancel future appts.
Summit Health provides excellent post-op care. Physical Therapist Brian Reid and his team, Alexus, are wonderful to work with. Their professionalism and empathetic approach has substantially improved the recovery process. They also provide detailed at home exercises which is integral to recovery. Alexus, as well, is an incredible PT aide that cares deeply about all patients and provides support when needed. Scheduling with her is easy and straightforward. They are a Wonderful team that provide “after working hours” PT sessions which is essential for working individuals.
