I used to come here for years to get my eyebrows threaded for a long time, even well before they moved from the bar next to the stairs on the third floor (in front of where the Lord & Taylor used to be) to next to the Macy’s on the second floor

The people who work there are always very friendly, but the last few times I’ve gone, they seem like they didn’t want to be there

They also charged $10 for threading eyebrows for the longest time, but once they started to increase the price, they have been increasing it more incrementally

They also seem to do a better job when someone more fluent in Hindi is either the one getting their eyebrows threaded...read full review

I have been going here for years and the ladies have been nothing but professional. They always did a great job. Today I went in. A new lady Ive never seen before, left the store unattended for 5 mins. I came in to get my eyebrows threaded. She did a horrible job. It hurt so badly and she didn’t take her time. She trimmed only one of my eyebrows. Left a bald patch and didn’t even shape my eyebrows. And left strays. Even after. She didn’t let me check in the mirror or offer lotion. I had to ask. And after all of that. She was short and aggressive when paying. I will not be back. I feel bad for the ladies who spent years building up their company just to have a coworker...read full review

There are only two people that actually listen to me! I LIKE MY EYEBROWS THIN! Once you mess up I'm not going to ask you to fix them. Obviously you don't know what you're doing so stay away from my face. I'm giving 3 stars for the two people that actually do what I like (don't know their names and hardly ever get to see them) After a year I'm going to try some place different
