On arriving at the office of Precision Digital Dentistry l met Lauren who greeted me with a happy, pleasant and friendly welcome. I immediately felt at home. My consultation went very well. From the phone call to the actual visit for a complimentary consultation ( yes, a complementary consultation) I felt at ease for the first time going to a dentist.
The staff at Precision Digital Dentistry are phenomenal. Very friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and take their time to explain things to the bare bones. Lauren was a well of information and a delight to talk to, Dr Ma is very patient and understanding. She took her time to explain the treatment plan and why I needed it. Anela and Kailea were very warm and friendly, exuding competence and knowledge. The x-ray lady (whom I didn't get her name unfortunately, was amazing).
