Recently opened a PNC bank for an offer. I've used their online bank on browser and the iOS PNC app, later this week received a call from the branch. With all the combined experience, I think the internet is right -- worst bank ever! The headquarter probably is busy with their bitcoin investment and don't care about what's going on in the consumer banking session. The digital banking experience is delivering a 2001 digital experience. Seems the branch staff is trying their best to bring customer in-branch so they can leverage the person-to-person convo to deliver a better customer experience? Did the HQ set the strategy to do so?
