They never told us that a guy that was working at this location left and was working outside of this job. He stole $17k from us and never gave it back for almost a year ago and refuses to give it back. NO ONE cared to even give us a call or even transfer us to someone else to be it financial advisor, this guy was able to continue to “work” and pretend he was still working there to steal money. THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM AND WE WANT OJT MONEY BACK NOW. my husband called before and all you guys had to say was “there’s nothing we can do” BULSSHIT.
