Since I discovered Kristen at LifeSpa I haven't gotten a massage anywhere else. I get a 90 min massage once a month. She is the best!! Highly recommend!! Bonus if you get any service at LifeSpa you get to use the gym for the day!

Kristen has been my massage therapist for a few years now. I can honestly say she has changed my life. She has treated me for lymphatic drainage, neck and back pain, as well as facial pain and she has never backed down from my challenges. Her knowledge and expertise is only surpassed by her kindness and professionalism. She always makes you feel comfortable and understood. Kristen is an absolute asset to the company.
