We had my son’s first birthday at Life Time and had an amazing experience thanks to Lori and Derick. They were professional, kind, organized, and truly went above and beyond. They made the entire event stress-free and so special for our family. Life Time is lucky to have them — highly recommend!

I restarted my journey here in August with a trial. Needless to say I was hooked again. I have to say that at almost 20lbs down, a huge part of the recipe was a special spin instructor- Lisa Ronco. I do not think I would have joined if not for her. I found myself stuck in a unhealthy way of life and down on myself for so long. Lisa is so motivating, entertaining, shares her own journey and just always leads by example. I finally look forward taking care of myself and look forward to my classes with her. It may sound cliche or corny but she has truly been a part of changing my life for the better. Thank you deeply!!
