About Life Time
Life Time Bridgewater is described as an athletic country club that offers a wide range of facilities and activities to its members. It has a spacious fitness floor, various studio classes, basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Members can also benefit from unlimited group training and individualized attention with a Signature Membership. The facility is known for being new, clean, and inclusive, with a "you name it, they have it" atmosphere. The indoor basketball courts are well-maintained and provide a great space for playing and socializing. The staff are helpful and attentive, ensuring a positive experience for visitors. The sauna and steam rooms are monitored closely to maintain rules and etiquette, which helps create a comfortable environment. Although some have noted that space for training machines has become limited and can lead to overcrowding, many still see Life Time Bridgewater as a top choice for a comprehensive fitness experience. The cleanliness of the gym, locker rooms, and towels is consistently praised, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all members.

Sadly, we decided to cancel our membership due to the overcrowding and increasing cost - it doesn’t feel like a luxury gym anymore with a luxury price.

2. No kids sports. No dance classes. Virtually nothing to enroll my child in aside of kids club watch while i work out.
3. Fees for everything. Pilates and swim lessons not included. This should be maybe 2 complimentary a month. not 100+ dollar packages on top of insane membership pricing.
4. Crowding in the gym. Externally crowded both on...read full review
We had my son’s first birthday at Life Time and had an amazing experience thanks to Lori and Derick. They were professional, kind, organized, and truly went above and beyond. They made the entire event stress-free and so special for our family. Life Time is lucky to have them — highly recommend!
