In the past month I’ve purchased both glasses and contact lenses though Lens Crafters and was fit for my contacts by Family Eye Care Services, the doctors office on site. Everyone I’ve dealt with was extremely helpful and nice. When getting fit my doctor was fast, friendly, and explained everything to me. When it came to purchasing the staff (the man at the front counter of the doctors office whose name I don’t remember) went above and beyond to make sure I got great service. I purchased a years worth of disposable RayBan contact lenses that had to be ordered and I was leaving the country for 2 weeks. He was extremely generous and gave me enough samples and solution to get me through my trip. That’s something I never expected and in my opinion he went way above and beyond to make my experience a great one, thank you very much. I’m on my trip now and the new contact lenses have been wonderful and because I have them I’ve been able to really enjoy having great vision while wearing sunglasses, taking professional photos, and even snorkeling in Bermuda. It’s made my family vacation that much better and is greatly appreciated.
I’m so grateful to have gotten a vision exam at this office. The many tests done were so different than those I have done before anywhere else. The doctor took his time explaining everything to me. The staff was very friendly and took care of me exactly at the time of my appointment. Will return for contact-lenses exam and make this a yearly thing with Dr. Meade. I would definitely recommend this practice!
I am very happy to say the eye doctor found there was a problem with my eyes quickly referred me to the correct place told me not to panic and follow through with the referral he gave me which I did and it did turn out to be an emergency had he not found it so quickly I might have gone blind
