Dr. Potluri has been my Specialized Neurologist since 2006, when I came under his care after moving to NJ from AZ. I have had onset nocturnal epilepsy that was uncontrolled for almost 2 decades, but since being treated by Dr. Potluri it has without words impacted my family and I's lives. I highly recommend Dr. Potluri and RWJ as a whole.Special Shoutout to Dr. P's Staff: Always have been phenomenal since being a patient for coming on 20 years soon.

The physician and staff are wonderful. Honestly, he is one of the smartest and best I have ever seen. However, the billing department is atrocious. They submitted my billing to the wrong insurance and tried to bill me thousands of dollars. Despite three phone calls where I am told it will get fixed, I continue getting harassing messages from their web portal telling me I owe them money and that they did bill it correctly. I contacted my insurance, and they never received a bill. I went on my insurance portal and looked at every EOB for the past year, and there is no record of them submitting a bill. Dr. Potluri use to be my doctor when he worked in Lawrenceville. He was the best neurologist I've had. He's very patient and dont rush you out the office like some of these other neurologist I've been to.
