I have had two fabulous experiences with A Bailey Plumbing. The first time, the technician came to my house, diagnosed the problem immediately, and told me how to fix it in a way that did not require any cost expenditure. The second time they came for a different issue, and they were again incredibly helpful. They showed up on an emergency basis first thing in the morning after I called them outside of business hours. The technician stayed most of the day until every question and every concern was resolved. He explained all of my next steps in detail and made sure I understood them. He went above and beyond in every way. They were excellent and I highly recommend them.
Had a problem with my air conditioning not working on the hottest day of the year. Joel came out to diagnose the problem (earlier than our appointment time) all the while explaining everything that he did. Our air conditioning system is now working better than ever. Highly recommend!
