I had a complicated wiring issue and a blower motor that failed resulting in a loss of air conditioning at my home. Parts needed to be ordered and obtained. I was kept informed every step of the way. Mathis technicians Joe and Tony worked tirelessly with the unit to resolve the issue and repair the unit. They were timely, knowledgeable and professional. Mathis communication is excellent. CJ Mathis cares about his customers. The phone was answered every time I called the office and return calls were promised and made with results in a very timely fashion.
