Personal preference would be less heat, but opening the pod helped. Very good service from Ralph. BUT, it needs more traction on the flooring. A small mat in the shower, a non slip in front of the pod (not wood), and DEFINITELY a rubber mat and grab bar inside the entrance of the pod. This is a great service for those with pain, and geriatrics have pain. There’s no way they can get out of the pod safely the way it is now.
This was my first experience and I loved it! My whole body relaxed and my chronic pain and anxiety melted away while I was floating. The guy at the desk was really nice too. He took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.
I had my 3rd float last night & I still feel blissful...even after getting cut off on the parkway lol. The staff always ensures that you're very satisfied & taken care of. LOVE!!!!
