Wayne Ryder was extremely helpful he informed me of a new lead base paint law that was going into effect for all landlords.He was able to answered all my questions and returned my call asap. I highly recommend him.

I couldn't have asked for more. Wayne promptly responded to my emails and questions, scheduled my appointment quickly, arrived promptly, was thorough, asked me good questions -- and the report was ready 24 hours after the appointment.
