“Last week I went in to get my piercing centered. Since I was a little girl whomever did my piercing they did them too low. Whenever I wore my studs they would hang low.
I met with Mike Curtin and he listened to my concern. He told me he can make it look better.
He informed me not to wear earrings for 1 week and come back because of the indentation on my ear lobe. He said let it go to its natural state.
Back in 1 week and he was so meticulous, in measuring my earlobes to make sure they would be centered and match my other ear lobe. I already had a couple of piercings done. I have to say this has been the best experience in ear piercings. I wish I would have thought of going to a tattoo / piercing business verses a piercing at the jewelry shop. It would have saved me lots of grief.
I have to wear the tiny studs until my ear lobes heal, then I can't wait to wear larger studs.

Given your extensive history of posting negative reviews for other businesses, it's difficult to gauge the validity of this complaint. A direct call to the owner would have been a more respectful and productive way to share your feedback. I'm sure they would have been willing to listen and improve based on your insights.

Being a customer that day it appeared that the overwhelming turnout required them to adapt a process to maintain order and give the artists a manageable workflow.

The list was not created mid-day this is false!! The list was intended to be a fairer solution. I am not sure why the rest of us understood the directions but you did not...

The team appeared to be operating under immense pressure, and while their focus was on managing a very challenging situation, it is unfortunate you perceived it as dismissive.
