I had a top-of-the-line Schlag keyless digital door lock installed by another locksmith. He didn't didn't set it up properly, so the lock never worked. I contacted Mr. Keys and was planning on buying a new lock from Mr. Keys to replace the one that didn't work. Gina was so nice, she advised me to have their technician come out and try to fix it rather than spend more money on a new lock. Well, JL came and was AMAZING!! He was so knowledgeable, so professional, and so helpful. What a great company and fantastic experience. I will recommend Mr. Keys to all of my friends and business acquaintences and will use them for any locksmithing needs.

Had a technician (Devin) come the other day to replace my front door knob/lick and match the lock with the back door . He was super nice, professional and efficient. He assessed the situation, made recommendations and did the work. I couldn’t be happier with the process- scheduling the appointment was easy.

Honest fair in pricing and you get people from the store Not subcontractors. went there to get deadbolt & had it all done in the same day! Awesome friendly people!! I give them five star!
