Miguel was excellent! He made sure that the job was done properly, he made sure that the connections to the vents were in good shape. He took the time to explain everything in detail. You can tell that he loves his job! Thank you, Miguel!

Sorry for the delay in making this review. Everyone at Eastern Shore Heating and A/C has been amazing throughout both installing our new HVAC system and cleaning out our air ducts. I was out of state taking care of my terminally ill mom when our HVAC system needed to be replaced and they were so patience and understanding with me. The guys that did the install did an amazing job, they were on time and took care of everything. Miguel just cleaned out our air ducts and was wonderful. He took the time to explain the process to me and was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure everything was done to perfection.
