It's very pleasant to call and book here, the atmosphere is Zen, and the massage was simply ??????????. I've always viewed my body as a temple and have seen massage therapy as something essential for physical and even mental health. My massage therapist, Kristine, surpassed my expectations with her knowledge of the human body, techniques/ execution of the massage, and overall expertise! I felt soothed and renewed afterwards, ready to take on more long days and nights. Using the invigorate essential oil blend was nice addition to my visit; I personally love rosemary (and this blend has rosemary, mint, and patchouli), but they have other blends too that you can choose from.
Matthew gives a precise and strong massage, he's very knowledgeable about the human body, but above all, he asks the questions needed to really deal with your body's problems! Outstanding massage, every time.
I had one of the best massages yesterday by Matt from Massage Envy in Brick. I walked in with pain in my right scapula and upper back and left with no pain whatsoever feeling like a million dollars. This guy knows his craft and his goal is to make his clients feel relaxed and pain free. I already booked another appointment with him. Kudos Matt, you get 5 stars from me!
