Marquis came through with stellar service in a recent emergent need over the course of 2 days. I work in the senior care industry and reached out to Lisa M. from Exton for advice with a husband and wife who had put themselves in a dangerous situation. Lisa put me in touch with Danielle K. who was A+++++ helping on a weekend in a snowstorm!! She communicated every step of the way and made sure the plans were set in place. Lindsay M. jumped in to help with the final plans and make sure Springfield Crossings had all of the necessary information. It truly took a team effort to make miracles happen!

I am writing about 3 individuals who are an extreme asset to Montgomery Sub Acute in Plymouth Meeting PA these staff members are knowledgeable caring empathetic and have personally helped me to continue to heal and grow and they work hard and take pride in what they do and I want them to be recognized for their dedication to all residents as well as to myself. I couldn’t be more blessed to have them be apart of this journey

Company is disgusting and unprofessional it’s upsetting that my girlfriend experienced what she did in 2022!! During the on boarding phase with the company after everything was PERFECT via webex (phone) before traveling to New Jersey for the in person on boarding phase during a conversation with Sara she shared her Jewish beliefs and was unprofessional enough to ask solely off her religion was she born in a country who is currently getting slaughtered on a daily basis associated with the hatred attached to her religion...read full review
