Amazing teamwork and a true family experience!!! Work for Marquis for a number of years and still feel the same way today as I did during my first days!! So many like minded colleagues with such PASSION for the best care and services.
Its nice to see some positive change in this industry! The rennovations I have seen are stunning, not to mention well over do. Its important for staff and patients/residents to feel comfortable as well as proud of the environment the are in. Appearance is not everything, but having the tools you need for the job is a huge under discussed issue in the industry. With these rennovations, the continuim of care is advanced, enabling better, efficient and timely care- something every nurse can certainly appreciate.
