For the first time in the almost 40 years we've had our pool, we hired Kinney to open it and make whatever repairs were necessary (we thought there might be problems). Walter and his helper came and in no time had the pool fully operational! Why didn't we hire them years ago lol?

I had nobody call me back when I open my pool and it was green. I called 20 places in my local area. I finally found Kinney pools in brick. I stopped by and they were so nice and so willing to help us Nicole and the rest of their team just immediately got all the chemicals I needed. I dropped it in my pool woke up the next morning. The pool was gray within three days. The Pool was Crystal clear since then I have used them to test my water. They have kept my pool absolutely beautiful. I scheduled my Pool closing with them. This is the only only company that I am ever going to use again.

Nicole from Kinney pools has been nothing short of amazing ! Her knowledge and friendly customer service are a +10 . We are having a party this weekend and ran into some pool issues and I called Nicole on Wednesday and was told the schedule is booking for next Tuesday . Nicole went out of her way to help us out and we are on the schedule for today ! If you need a good pool store with exceptional customer service I highly recommend Kinney pools ( Nicole ) .
