About JJ Nails

JJ Nails has room for improvement. Some customers have experienced issues with nail techs being aggressive and rushing through services, resulting in mistakes such as incorrect nail shapes and burns from the filer. Despite this, some are willing to give the salon another chance to redeem themselves.

Customer service needs improvement. Nail tech is a little aggressive on their care. I found myself getting annoyed with repeatedly telling tech again what I wanted. The shape was wrong. All in, needs improvements but I would give them another chance to see.

The person, whom I am sure is really nice was running 15 mins late and was super rushing with me burning me with the filer and missing my natural nail plate, did all of this with zero concern and the meanest facial expression. It was my first time there, and sadly the last.
